1. What is a promotional code and why did you send me one?
A promotional code is a (free) code which businesses can use to unlock all the paid features of iShoof. We sent you a promotional code to allow to try our paid services for 1 month free of charge.


2. How can I use my promotional code?
The promotional code can entered at the last step (step 6) when registering a business. Or if you have already registered, you can also enter it the company control panel under "Settings" in the "promotional code" field.




3. How can I search in a different city?
You can enter any city in the same country in the "Where" field found on the main page and the results page. Alternatively you can choose a different city in any country by clicking the map of the world on the top of the main page.




4. How can I search using keywords?
You can enter multiple keywords in the "What" field (this field shows up on the main page and also when viewing results). You can also enter a company's name as a keyword.




5. How can I search for a business with a specific name?
You can search for a business by entering its name in the "What" field on the main page. You can also press the "+" button to the right of the "shoof" button and enter it in the "Business Name" field.




6. How can I search for businesses in a specific category?
You can search for all businesses in a specific category by using the categories browser. You can open the categories browser by clicking the "+" button next to the "shoof" button, then click the "Categories" button to the lower left of the page.




7. How can I send an sms text message containing company info to someone?
When you conduct a search you will be shown results matching your criteria. When you find the business you were looking for in the results you can send an sms text message containing the business' information to anyone. To do this you can either press the phone icon labeled "sms" in the lower right of the business' listing, or you can click the "Details" link at the top right and then click "send to friend".
